Administrative Professional
Full-Time, In-Office | North Oaks Financial Group | North Oaks, MN
North Oaks Financial Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and resourceful Administrative Professional to join our growing team. This full-time role is central to keeping our practice running smoothly — supporting administrative operations, ensuring an excellent client experience, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys following processes, and thrives in roles that require initiative and ownership of their responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare agendas and materials, and complete follow-up for client meetings.
- Provide hospitality and client service in-person, by phone, and via email.
- Manage onboarding for new clients, including agreements, invoices, and account setup.
- Process life insurance and annuity applications, tracking progress and providing follow up through their completion.
- Monitor and uphold our client service standards and processes.
- Regularly use of Microsoft Excel, our CRM, and other business tools.
- Maintain office supplies, organization, and cleanliness.
- Troubleshoot issues with office equipment (printer, scanner, postage machine, etc.).
- Handle outgoing mail and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and maintain accuracy within a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote) and CRMs.
- A client-first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to learning and professional growth.
- Comfort with adopting new technology and systems.
- Compliance with Federal Securities laws and NOFG policies and procedures.
Experience
- 2+ years in a professional office environment with administrative and client/customer service responsibilities.
Licensure
- Life, Accident & Health Insurance Producer License (must be obtained before starting - costs and hourly rate paid by NOFG)
- FINRA SIE and Series 6 securities registrations (may be asked to obtain eventually)
Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office role.
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000–$54,000 annual salary (based on experience).

Hiring Process
