(Warehouse Production)
Talent Management Professionals has partnered with a client in the industrial industry. We are looking for Warehouse Production workers for 1st and 2nd Shift.
General Job Summary: Warehouse Production worker should have the ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 55 lbs., demonstrate the ability to work safely and properly use equipment, load/unload bins, operate material handling equipment to clean/sort bins, and complete paperwork per work instructions as required. The pay is $16.00-$18.00/hr.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- $16.00-$18.00/hr.
- 1st Shifts between: 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
- 2nd Shifts between: 4:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M.
- Monday-Friday
- Maintain flow of materials and containers in support of production
- Finished goods storage and organization
- Package material for shipment according to shipping requirements and/or customer specified instruction
- Ensure that all product/shipping labels are legible
- Unloading of materials from delivery vehicles and documentation of material received
- Basic computer skills, or inventory management system plus
- Loading of materials to delivery vehicles and associated documentation of materials shipped
- Communicating with team leader/group leader to resolve material inventory problems
- Maintain clean warehouse spaces
- Understand and utilize standardized work
- Supports team members and team leaders
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attention to detail
