About the Role
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Real Estate Closing Coordinator & Legal Assistant to join our law firm.
This is a key position working directly with the Attorney and legal team to coordinate client matters from start to finish. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, careful attention to detail, the ability to follow established procedures, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Experience with real estate closings, title work, lender requirements, or other process-driven legal work is highly valued and transfers well to this position.

Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple matters while meeting deadlines.
- Follow established office procedures and checklists.
- Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, financial institutions, municipalities, and other professionals.
- Prepare, organize, and track legal documents from opening through completion.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper files.
- Monitor outstanding items and help keep matters moving efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the Attorney and legal team.
- Deliver exceptional client service throughout every matter.

- Familiarity with title work, lender requirements, settlement statements, closing procedures, or transaction coordination.
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
