Job Summary:
We are hiring a dependable and compassionate Driver to transport participants to and from our Adult Daycare Center. Safety, reliability, and a caring attitude are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport participants
- Assist with entry/exit as needed
- Perform basic vehicle safety checks
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience with seniors or special needs preferred
- Background check required
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods while driving.
- Ability to assist clients in and out of vehicles, including lifting or using mobility aids when necessary.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed (e.g., helping with mobility devices).
Work Environment:
- Work is performed both inside and outside the vehicle.
- Interaction with elderly clients, some of whom may have physical or cognitive disabilities.
