Job Title: Racker - Powder Coat Paint Line
We work four (ten) 10-hour shifts and the fifth day is for if overtime.
You will always get a 2 day or 3 day weekend every week!
1st shift - 6 am to 4 pm Monday trhought Thursday
3rd shift - 8 pm to 6 am - Sunday night through Thursday morning.

SUMMARY
Rack parts on the automatic paint lines per individual work order.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and plan daily/weekly work schedule with supervisor, immediately addressing any issues or concerns.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to listen to, read and follow instructions from supervisor
- Verifies proper color for the part that is to be coated
· Paint equipment and supplies are to be checked on a regular basis.
· Perform light maintenance as required.
- Assist at the paint line if necessary to prevent production delays.
- Problem solving.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
