Starter – Kenwood Country Club
Kenwood Country Club is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to serve as a Golf Starter for the upcoming season. The Starter plays an important role in creating a great experience for members and guests by ensuring groups begin play on time and that the first tee operates smoothly.
Responsibilities

Manage the first tee and start groups according to the daily tee sheet

Greet members and guests in a welcoming and professional manner

Confirm player names and tee times before groups begin play

Communicate course information such as local rules, cart policies, and pace-of-play expectations

Coordinate with the Golf Shop staff regarding tee time changes or delays

Help maintain proper spacing between groups to keep play moving efficiently
Qualifications

Friendly personality and strong customer service skills

Good communication and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of golf rules and etiquette preferred

Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
Schedule
