Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Home ABA Therapy

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing in-home ABA team. This position involves working directly with children diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs
- Collect and record data accurately during sessions
- Collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers to support client progress
- Maintain professionalism and follow all ethical guidelines
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback
