What You’ll Do

Operating a License Plate Recognition (LPR) vehicle equipped with state-of-the-art technology to scan license plates in targeted zones.

Conducting heavy surveillance and in-field investigations to locate and identify vehicles.

Working closely with our skip tracing, supervisors and recovery teams to secure collateral.

Conducting discreet in-field interviews as needed.

Traveling independently throughout Dayton, Ohio and surrounding areas.

Gaining insight into asset recovery operations and procedures.

Experience with Recovery Database Network (RDN) and ClearPlan.

Compensation: $450 Weekly base + Commission Opportunities per recovery + monthly bonus (Average total hourly minimum: $17-$20+ per hour)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED with a continuous record of learning.

Proven ability to work in an outdoor environment without direct supervision.

A discreet, investigative mindset.

Strong communication, analytical, and "street smarts" skills.

Comfortable using smartphones, laptops, and basic technology.

A clean driving record with no more than two points.

Must be at least 23 years old (insurance requirement).
