We are seeking a highly professional, polished, and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate is warm, energetic, and customer-focused, with a naturally friendly demeanor and exceptional communication skills. This individual will create a welcoming experience for visitors while providing outstanding administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities-
Greet clients, visitors, and employees with a professional, friendly, and upbeat attitude.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.

Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Coordinate visitor check-ins, appointments, and meeting room scheduling.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record maintenance.

Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.

Support internal teams with special projects and general office coordination.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications-
2+ years of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional appearance and polished presentation.

Positive, bubbly personality with a genuine passion for helping others.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
