What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-energy team
- Deliver fast, friendly, unforgettable guest experiences
- Manage labor, costs, and day-to-day operations
- Keep the venue clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Help drive sales and build a winning culture every shift
- Solve problems quickly and lead confidently in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of management experience in bars, nightlife, hospitality, or restaurants
- Strong leadership instincts and an owner mentality
- High-energy, people-first personality
- Accountable, coachable, and eager to grow
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and high-volume shifts
- Someone who leads by example and brings positive energy to the team
