Overview
Capy Media is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to help promote our partner platforms and acquire new users.
This is a flexible, performance-based contract position where you are paid for results. Representatives earn $25 for every qualified user they successfully refer, with no cap on commissions.
This role is a good fit for someone who is comfortable talking to new people, explaining promotions clearly, and working independently. No prior sales experience is required.
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor position.
You will earn:
$25 per qualified signup
Examples:
5 qualified signups = $125
10 qualified signups = $250
20 qualified signups = $500
There is no limit on the number of qualified signups you can generate.
Earnings are not guaranteed and depend entirely on successfully completed and verified signups.
Responsibilities
- Introduce potential users to Capy Media partner platforms and available promotional offers
- Explain how the signup process and promotional codes work
- Help interested users complete the signup process correctly
- Generate new users through in-person outreach, networking, social connections, and other approved methods
- Accurately track and submit referrals for verification
- Represent Capy Media and our partners professionally
- Follow all promotional guidelines and platform requirements
Qualifications
No previous sales experience is required.
We are primarily looking for people who are:
- Outgoing and comfortable approaching and talking to new people
- Motivated by performance-based compensation
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable using mobile apps and online platforms
- Able to clearly explain promotions and signup instructions
- Organized when tracking referrals
- At least 18 years old
Sales, marketing, customer service, campus ambassador, or promotional experience is a plus, but not required.
Schedule
This position offers a flexible schedule. Representatives choose when and how much they want to work.
There are no required daily hours. Compensation is based on the number of qualified users generated rather than hours worked.
