- Fabricate and repair progressive and single-hit stamping dies used in our production flow.
- Design, construct, and refurbish jigs and fixtures that support furniture manufacturing.
- Create tooling layouts, detailed drawings, and final assembly prints to guide precise work.
- Perform die sharpening and preventative maintenance to maximize performance and life.
- Champion continuous improvement across tooling, products, and processes to resolve issues and boost efficiency.
- High school diploma or an equivalent mix of education and certifications.
- 3+ years in a comparable Tool & Die/Machinist role.
- Demonstrated, hands-on Tool & Die expertise.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs on occasion.
- Comfort remaining stationary (standing or seated) for extended periods.
- Equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting mindset.
- Experience with metal stamping and forming using progressive dies.
- Strong manual machining skills.
- Tool, die, and mold repair and setup proficiency.
- Fluent blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Manual grinder and jig grinder.
- CNC lathe (2–4 axis).
- Manual vertical mill.
