What You’ll Do
As a Guest Experience Specialist & Tour Host, you’ll help turn an ordinary bus ride into an unforgettable luxury experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Create a fun, upbeat atmosphere from the moment guests arrive until they return home.
- Entertain guests using humor, storytelling, games, trivia, and interesting facts.
- Make announcements using the onboard microphone throughout the trip.
- Share exciting information about destinations and attractions.
- Serve complimentary snacks and beverages with exceptional customer service.
- Distribute welcome bags, souvenir T-shirts, and other guest amenities.
- Assist guests throughout the day and provide a five-star hospitality experience.
- Help with guest check-in, boarding, head counts, and keeping the group together during stops.
- Work closely with the motorcoach driver to keep the trip running safely and on schedule.
- Help keep the motorcoach clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day.
- Create an environment where strangers become friends and every guest leaves with unforgettable memories.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a fun, outgoing, energetic personality.
- Loves making people laugh.
- Is comfortable speaking in front of groups of 50+ people.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Enjoys storytelling and interacting with people of all ages.
- Can think on their feet and adapt to different situations.
- Is dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Has a positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Our Hiring Process
This isn’t your typical interview.
Finalists will complete a short 3-minute audition.
