We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Entry-Level Enrollment Representative to join our team. In this customer-facing sales role, our Entry-Level Enrollment Representative will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, building strong relationships, and presenting products and services that meet their needs. As a Entry-Level Enrollment Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the sales process from initial conversation to successful enrollment or purchase. You will identify customer needs, communicate product benefits, answer questions, and provide an exceptional customer experience throughout every interaction.
Entry-Level Enrollment Representative Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers directly about Verizon services
- Present products and services while identifying customer needs
- Educate customers on available promotions, features, and benefits enroll customers and close sales
- Generate new business opportunities through sales interactions and enrollments
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company sales goals
Entry-Level Enrollment Representative Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
