Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — High-Performance Role
Grand Valley implant Dentistry — Allendale, MI
Compensation must be $80+/hour by day 90.
Compensation is 30% of Net Production.

You are the frontline clinical educator and revenue driver inside a system built to eliminate dentures and move patients toward long-term solutions while promoting preventative medicine.

What You’ll Do
- Prevention is the Best medicine: Sealants and Fluoride offered to all patients.
- Perform high-quality prophy, SRP, perio maintenance, and debridement
- Identify and communicate disease progression and long-term risks
- Educate patients in a way that increases clarity → trust → treatment acceptance, AskADentist.ai, as a tremendous aid.
- Take diagnostic-quality radiographs and assist in comprehensive evaluations
- Administer local anesthesia to all patients needing it(nitrous a plus)
- Use modern systems (AI-assisted workflows, digital tools) to improve efficiency
- Maintain precise clinical documentation

Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license (Michigan)
- CPR certified
- Comfortable with SRP and perio diagnosis
- Strong communication skills (this is critical)
- Able to operate in a fast, system-driven environment
