An MVP-first build Program structured across 3 phases, needs to be designed to launch a real two-sided marketplace into the market quickly and grow it deliberately. This will be a Venue & Space Marketplace Platform.
Phase 1- Core MVP launching a functioning two-sided marketplace into with bookings, escrowed payments, search, and admin.
Phase 2-Growth and Communication adds chat, KYC, reviews, host analytics, and notifications
Phase 3- Enterprise AI and CRM adds the AI recommendation engine, marketing automation, BI, and multi-language.
Platform connects guests seeking event and meeting spaces with host who list and manage their venues. The model is similar to Peerspace and is well understood in the marketplace category. Three user types will use the platform. Guest, Hosts, and Admin.
