What You'll Do
- Oversee all pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
- Dispense prescriptions and ensure medication safety standards are met
- Manage inventory, controlled substances, and diversion prevention programs
- Lead, coach, schedule, and develop pharmacy staff
- Monitor operational performance, patient satisfaction, and workflow efficiency
- Support inspections, licensing requirements, billing processes, and quality assurance initiatives
What You'll Bring
- Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license in good standing
- PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree
- Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations, including DEA requirements
- Experience managing pharmacy operations and supervising staff
- Knowledge of third-party billing and insurance adjudication
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
