Position Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining our communities and enhancing the resident experience. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team to complete maintenance requests efficiently while ensuring quality service and safety standards are upheld.
Qualifications & Requirements
Successful candidates will:
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Exhibit professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude
- Have general knowledge of:
- Plumbing
- HVAC systems
- Electrical work
- General construction
- Grounds maintenance
- Maintain a basic set of tools
- Have a reliable vehicle and active cell phone
- Be available for rotating 24-hour on-call responsibilities
- Be able to work occasional extended hours as needed
- Follow OSHA standards and company safety procedures
- Pass a criminal background check
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional overtime and after-hours work may be required
