medical weight loss, lasers, injectables, and regenerative therapies.
Job Summary
The Aesthetic Medical Assistant will support providers in delivering high-quality aesthetic and medical
spa services in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with aesthetic procedures (assistance only)
- Laser, RF, microneedling, and skin rejuvenation support
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms following safety protocols
- Patient intake, charting, and EMR documentation
- Pre- and post-treatment patient education
- Before-and-after clinical photography
- Assist with medical weight loss injections and peptide therapies (training provided)
- Inventory management and clinic organization
- Front desk support
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
Requirements
- Medical Assistant experience required (aesthetic experience preferred)
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
- EMR experience
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
