Total Laundry Services of Mary Esther is looking for a dependable, hardworking Laundry Attendant to join our team. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will help ensure our laundromat remains clean, organized, and welcoming while assisting customers and maintaining high standards of laundry care.
Duties
- Operate commercial washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, including folding tables, machines, restrooms, and customer areas.
- Restock laundry supplies as needed.
- Assist customers with questions, machine operation, and laundry services.
- Report equipment issues or maintenance concerns promptly.
- Handle laundry with care to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Work as part of a team to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Experience
- Previous laundry, housekeeping, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
