At One Tree Hard Cider, we believe every guest should leave feeling like they just discovered their new favorite place. We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and personable Tasting Room Associate to help create an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
This role is about more than serving cider—it's about creating a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest. You'll help prepare and maintain the tasting room, keep merchandise and retail areas stocked, provide outstanding customer service, and represent the One Tree Hard Cider brand with enthusiasm. As a growing company, you'll also have opportunities to assist with events, festivals, tastings, merchandising, and other projects that support our team and community.
What You'll Do
- Open and prepare the tasting room before guests arrive.
- Welcome every guest with a friendly, genuine attitude.
- Guide guests through cider tastings and confidently share knowledge about our products and company.
- Operate our point-of-sale system and accurately process purchases.
- Restock retail shelves, coolers, merchandise, and tasting room supplies.
- Keep the tasting room clean, organized, and inviting throughout the day.
- Prepare the taproom for private events and assist with setup and teardown.
- Represent One Tree Hard Cider at festivals, community events, tastings, and promotional opportunities.
- Occasionally assist our sales team with retail merchandising, shelf resets, displays, product sampling, and account visits.
- Help monitor inventory and communicate low stock or supply needs.
- Follow all Washington State alcohol service laws and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with production, sales, and management teams to deliver a great customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, brewery, winery, or retail experience.
- Experience operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Sales or merchandising experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation preferred.
- Weekend and evening availability is required.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
