Bakery Production Overnight Shift
Pay: $17.00/hour
Location: Nampa, ID
Job Overview:
We are hiring Bakery Production Workers to join a fast-paced production environment. This role involves working on a production line to help produce bread and bagel products while following strict food safety and quality standards.
Shifts Available: Require ability to work any day of the week:
Night Shift
6:15pm– 6:15am
Must be available to work any day of the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Move and distribute bakery products and supplies throughout the facility
- Load pans, trays, and baked goods onto conveyors and carts
- Assist with dough handling, shaping, and product preparation
- Push/pull carts, racks, and dollies
- Inspect, sort, and count products for quality
- Monitor conveyor lines and adjust product as needed
- Maintain steady production flow
- Clean equipment and work areas
- Follow all safety and food safety procedures (SQF standards)
- Wear required PPE at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to push/pull carts and perform repetitive movements
- Comfortable working in warm, humid, and noisy environments
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach throughout shift
- Basic English understanding required
- Reliable attendance is required
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required)
