Field Growth Representative (Healthcare Technology)
Location: New York City, Miami, Los Angeles, Boston, Dallas, Washington DC
Compensation: $2,000-$4,000/month Contractor Base + up to 20% Commission
Penciled is an AI-powered scheduling platform helping physical therapy clinics reduce cancellations, increase patient attendance, and automate front office workflows.
We're looking for ambitious, energetic individuals who are comfortable talking to strangers, enjoy being out in the field, and want hands-on experience working directly with a fast-growing startup.
You will spend most of your time on the road, visiting clinics, speaking with owners and managers, and helping schedule introductory meetings with our team.
Responsibilities
- Visit physical therapy clinics and healthcare offices in assigned territories
- Introduce Penciled to clinic owners and decision makers
- Build relationships with clinic staff
- Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations
- Track outreach activity and notes in our CRM
- Collaborate directly with company leadership on sales strategy and feedback

- Consistent in-person outreach
- High-quality conversations with clinic owners
- Introductory meetings booked and attended
- Professional representation of the company in the field
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Reimbursements
- Contractor position (1099)
- Base compensation of $2,000-$4,000 per month based on experience and availability
- Up to 20% commission on sourced revenue
- Business mileage reimbursement
- Approved parking and toll reimbursements
