Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: Competitive $18–$20/hr.

The Role:
Forget the "cold call" grind. Our automated dialer handles the outreach so you can focus 100% on the human on the other end of the line.
What you’ll do:
Listen & Empathize: Understand the "why" behind a missed payment. Every situation is unique.
Consult: Ask the right questions to identify the best financial solution.
Retain: Work with customers to create a plan that keeps their home or vehicle protected.
Collaborate: Receive real-time coaching and support from experienced Team Leads.
Who You Are
A Natural Communicator: You are confident, approachable, and able to build trust over the phone quickly.
Experienced: You have a background in sales, retention, collections, or a high-volume phone-based role.

Bilingual (Bonus!): English/Spanish fluency is a major plus.
