Supervise LPN students in the Springfield, Illinois area at approved clinical sites Wednesday through Friday for 132 scheduled days per year.
Responsibilities:
· Orient and observe assigned student group at clinical site
· Prepare appropriate plans and learning experiences for student group
· Document clinical observations and/or incidents that occur during clinical
· Consult directly with students regarding their progression
· Arrange and complete an orientation with clinical site unit manager
· Maintain cooperative positive relationship with staff at clinical site
· Complete an evaluation on each student at the end of each rotation
· Participate in Clinical/Skills Lab Committee
Requirements:
· Registered Nurse
· Bachelor of Science in Nursing
· Minimum of 2 Years Nursing Experience
· Current CPR
