What You’ll Do:
- Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide variety of industrial food processing equipment, packaging machinery, conveyors, pumps, motors, and production support systems.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with industrial electrical systems (120V, 240V, 480V) and control circuits.
- Knowledge of motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, contactors, and control panels.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and food processing equipment.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and prioritize maintenance requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in on-call, weekend, or emergency maintenance as needed.
