Our Program: Jubilee Day Care Center of Salem United Methodist Church is a NYS OCFS licensed facility for families from all social, religious, and economic backgrounds. We are committed to meeting the needs of families with young children by providing quality, loving childcare and education in our small program of up to 27 children, ages 18 months through 5 years of age. We promote the development of self-esteem, respect and independence by learning through play.
The Position: The Lead Preschool Teacher role is central to our Program. In this position, you’ll encourage our middle group of students to learn and grow through language, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll enjoy a small classroom with the freedom of setting the curriculum. This is a 40 hour position.

Qualifications (any of the following combinations):
- Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and 1 year of experience
- Child Development Associate Certification and 2 years of experience
- 9 credits in Early Childhood Education with a Plan of Study and 2 years of experience

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
