- Salary/Pay Rate: $17.00–$18.50+ per hour (Depending on Experience) plus Performance Bonus.
- Location: Abilene, TX 79606 (Per diem and living arrangements provided for out-of-state candidates).
- Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
- Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Saturday is a half day; 60 hours total per week).
- Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.

How You Will Make an Impact

Perform vital manual labor tasks, including hand-digging, trench clearing, and rigging pipe sections.
- Assist pipe-layers, operators, and senior crew helpers to maximize daily project production.
- Manage job site materials, safely organizing pipes, fittings, shoring equipment, and aggregate.
- Operate small power tools, compactors, saws, and pneumatic equipment safely.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations, company rules, and daily hazard assessments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site to protect the crew and public.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and understand wet utility installation processes.
- Proven reliability and a strong work ethic capable of handling a consistent 60-hour work week.
- Physical fitness required to perform repetitive manual labor and comfortably lift up to 75 lbs outdoors.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in general construction, landscaping, or agricultural labor.
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and power equipment.
