Mellow Mushroom is looking for an energetic, people-focused Assistant Manager to help lead our restaurant team and create an awesome experience for every guest. If you’re a natural leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment, knows how to motivate a team, and takes pride in great food and hospitality, we’d love to meet you!
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly, support and develop team members, and make sure our guests leave happy.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the team during daily restaurant operations
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to deliver great service
- Help ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and other daily operations
- Handle guest questions and concerns with a positive, solution-focused approach
- Support inventory, ordering, and cost-control efforts
- Jump in wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a dependable, positive leader who enjoys working with people and knows how to keep a team motivated in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to grow and make a difference.
Must be at least 18 years old and available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
