What You'll Do
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC equipment
-
Performing preventative maintenance and safety inspections
-
Communicating findings and recommendations to homeowners
-
Educating customers on system performance and membership options
-
Completing 3–5 service calls per day
-
Maintaining accurate service documentation using company software
-
Upholding Bartlett's commitment to Five-Star customer service
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 4 years of residential HVAC service experience in single-family homes
- Experience from HVAC school, installation, property management, or commercial HVAC is valued but must be in addition to the required residential service experience
- EPA Certification (Required)

NATE Certification (Preferred)
-
Valid Driver's License
-
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Must reside within 30 miles of Marietta, GA

Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in varying environments

Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills

Comfortable using tablets and field service software
