Position Overview: This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required, but English is essential for effective communication with our diverse team and clientele.
- Handle incoming calls and in-house requests for delivery requests in additional to daily order processing.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure client’s satisfaction is met.
- Recommend products based on client needs and upsell additional products or services.
- Handle client inquiries, discuss pricing and delivery timelines, and work to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify areas for improvement within operations, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
