Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based beverages, specialty drinks, and other menu items according to Shaghf Cafe standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Operate the POS system accurately for orders and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, dining area, and workstations.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise throughout each shift.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
