We are hiring a full-time Wireless Solutions Associate to support our Verizon FiOS campaign throughout the Virginia Beach area.
As a Wireless Solutions Associate, you'll work directly with homeowners, helping them explore wireless and connectivity solutions that fit their needs. This Wireless Solutions Associate role is ideal for individuals who enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and creating positive customer experiences while contributing to overall sales results.

What You'll Do as a Wireless Solutions Associate
- Meet directly with residential customers in assigned communities
- Learn and present Verizon FiOS products and services
- Answer customer questions, close sales, and recommend solutions based on individual needs
- Build trust through professional, personalized interactions
- Generate new customer enrollments and support overall sales goals
- Track customer interactions and sales activity
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on promotions
- Represent both Verizon FiOS and our company with professionalism
