We are seeking self-motivated Registered Nurses who are passionate about transforming lives through exceptional patient care for part-time positions at our Warner Robins location.
These roles will support ASC clinic location in Warner Robins, GA on Monday's and Friday's.
Responsibilities:
Effectively manages the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment, and decision-making skills for the specific area and patient population.
In conjunction with other members of the ASC nursing team, provide conscious sedation services for outpatient surgical cases
Manage the care of assigned patients using clinical knowledge, sound judgment, and decision-making skills appropriate for the patient population
Delivers patient care utilizing standardized evidence-based guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies, and equipment.
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior, administer medications, and document all encounters and progress notes.
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
Educates patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
Educates care plans, provides emotional support, and advises to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
Good standing RN License for the state of Georgia without limitations
BLS and ALS/ACLS Certified
Familiarity with medical software and equipment
ER or ICU nursing experience strongly preferred
Prior conscious sedation experience required
Ability to build rapport with patients
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
