About the Role
· We are looking for a personable, highly organized Bar/Venue Operations Manager to oversee venue readiness, bar operations, inventory systems, maintenance coordination, cleaning systems, and operational infrastructure.
· This role is ideal for someone who thrives in guest experience, operational leadership and systems management.
Core Responsibilities
· Manage venue infrastructure and operational readiness.
· Oversee bar operations, inventory systems, and bartender staffing – must know how to bartend.
· Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning systems, and inventory management.
· Coordinate operational execution during all types of events.
· Manage event-day operational issues and troubleshooting.
· Support overall event flow and venue readiness.
Ideal Candidate
· Strong operational mindset.
· Hospitality or event operations experience preferred.
· Bartending experience required.
· Calm under pressure.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented.
· Strong accountability and follow-through.
· Comfortable leading operational execution independently.
· Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
