Job Purpose:
Ensure the efficient use of packaging and supplies available in the warehouse to satisfy client and internal requirements. This role heavily relies on data integrity, requiring at least intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities to track inventory, manage reports, and ensure operational efficiency.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The CTS Export Associate is responsible for supporting logistics and operational activities through accurate data entry, shipment coordination, and professional communication.

This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual who can manage information with precision, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and ensure that all operational data is entered and communicated correctly.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong keyboard proficiency, including fast and accurate copy-paste skills, as a large part of the role involves handling and transferring data across systems, reports, and shipment-related documents. Accuracy and consistency are critical, as this position plays a key role in maintaining operational integrity.

A solid understanding of logistics processes is a plus, including knowledge of Incoterms, shipment documentation, and general transportation workflows. The CTS Associate must be able to interpret and process logistics information correctly to support daily operations.

This role also requires strong communication skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Outlook and email correspondence. The individual will regularly communicate with internal teams, clients, and external partners, so professionalism, clarity, and timely follow-up are essential.

In addition, the candidate should have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with medium to advanced Excel skills, to manage reports, organize data, support operational analysis, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage, analyze, and update logistics data using intermediate to advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data formatting, and formulas).

Perform accurate and timely data entry for logistics and operational processes

Manage and transfer information efficiently across systems and documents

Review data carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness

Apply knowledge of Incoterms and logistics workflows in daily operations

Prepare, send, and respond to operational emails in a professional manner

Maintain organized records and ensure proper follow-up on pending actions

Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to support smooth operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
