About the Company
This is not a hold-the-line, maintain-the-status-quo kind of company. They are a family-owned food manufacturer and global supplier of freeze-dried ingredients on an aggressive growth trajectory - two facility acquisitions in the last 12 months, with more on the horizon. No private equity. No plans to sell. Just a leadership team that is investing in the right people and infrastructure to scale. If you want to be the person who builds the analytics operation that grows with a company, not just maintains one, this is the opportunity.
