o years of experience in software development, integration development, backend application support, or a similar technical role in an enterprise environment o Experience working with APIs, integration services, data-processing applications, or other backend service components. o Experience troubleshooting production issues, investigating operational failures, and supporting remediation in live environments. o Working knowledge of relational data concepts and SQL, including the ability to support downstream publication structures and practical data investigation. o Experience working with source control, structured development practices, and team-based delivery of application changes. o Experience working with highly sensitive healthcare or human services information and familiarity with HIPAA and other data privacy controls. o Ability to learn existing customized platforms quickly, take technical direction well, and contribute effectively within established patterns. o Strong communication skills and the ability to work with teams and independently in a high-demand support and delivery environment.
