Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. L&D experience is required. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking charge when needed and providing safe, evidence-based care in a busy Labor & Delivery environment.
The department averages approximately 80–90 births per month and follows AWHONN standards for nurse-to-patient ratios.
Active, unrestricted RN license
Recent Labor & Delivery experience required
BLS required
ACLS required
NRP required
Strong L&D clinical experience
Must be comfortable taking charge
Must be willing to work every other weekend
Experience caring for laboring, postpartum, and high-risk obstetric patients preferred
6 LDRP rooms
2 Triage rooms
5 Postpartum/WHS rooms
2 NICU beds in nursery
Approximately 80–90 births per month
Nurse-to-patient ratios follow AWHONN standards
No floating to other units
Candidate will not be required to take charge
May need to assist/float to Mother Baby
Night/PM shift assignment
