Warehouse Supervisor
Primary job functions:
- Control and manage inventory
- Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily warehouse needs
- Responsible for general maintenance of forklifts used in the warehouse
- Responsible for the routing of order and scheduling pick ups with carriers
- Responsible for creating proper documentation for pick ups
- Enforce all company rules and regulations
- Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job
- Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products
- Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly
- Work in Shipping & Receiving ar
- Loading and unloading of products
- Palatalizing and shrink wrapping
- Handling all general warehouse duties
Warehous Supervisor will also ensure quality of packages received in Receiving Area. Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations. Ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, and be able to stand and move around for entire work shift. Forklift certification also highly recommended, but not required.
Forklift Experience: Sit-down or Stand-up forklift
Job Requirements:
- Shipping and receiving experience; both manual and computerized preferred
- Experience with Microsoft office (excel/word)
- Experience working in warehouse environment
- Knowledgeable of forklift safety procedures
