Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are valued members of the Care Dimensions care team. In this rewarding role, you will provide compassionate personal care and support to hospice patients and their families during an important stage of life. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, ambulation, meal preparation, and other activities that promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
- Successful completion of a CNA training program approved by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and compliant with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services requirements
- Current CNA certification
- Compassionate, caring, and respectful approach to patient care
- Ability to maintain patient and family confidentiality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
