About You:
You have experience working with employees in a multi-state/multi-location healthcare system and/or multi-location private practices, and a fundamental understanding of how this workforce differs from other industries and corporate environments.
You take initiative, are accountable and take pride in supporting employees and leaders with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment. You foster a culture of trust, advocate for people, and understand that thoughtful HR practices and meaningful connections can make a lasting impact on both employees and the organization.
