ABiLITY is currently hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals for overnight shifts—including both awake and rest (sleep) positions.

Schedule & Shift Type
Overnight Shifts Only (must be available between 10 PM – 9 AM)

Awake Overnight (active support)

Rest Overnight (sleep shift with on-call responsibilities)

Must be available to work every other weekend
Pay
-
$20/hr – Standard overnight

Overnight rest shifts include designated hours of rest (12 AM-5 AM) with a reduced hourly rate during that time. Full details can be provided during the interview process.
No Experience Required
We provide paid training + certifications, including:

CPR / First Aid/AED

Medication Aide (L1MA)

Crisis Prevention
What You’ll Do

Provide overnight supervision and support

Assist with bedtime/morning routines

Ensure safety and comfort

Respond to needs during the night

Complete simple documentation
What We’re Looking For

18+ years old
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Must have state minimum auto insurance

High school diploma or GED
-
Reliable, caring, and willing to learn
