Hours: 10:00 to 4:30
DAYS OF WEEK: Monday-Friday
The program consists of a small group of children, mixed ages 3-6. The Mid-Day Head Teacher works under the direction of the Montessori Head Teacher to assist during outdoor play, lunch time activities, nap supervision and outdoor and indoor play. This teacher will be responsible for dismissals of students and light cleaning and maintenance of the classroom. This position is a school year commitment, September – mid June.

Qualifications
· Minimum of high school diploma, college preferred
· previous child care experience necessary
· FBI, State, and Child Abuse, & NSOR Clearances
· Physical with negative TB test
· First Aid/CPR Certification or willingness to obtain
· 2 written references
· Fire safety training or willingness to obtain
· Obtain/maintain 12 hours annual training
· Basics in Childcare Training (10 hours)
· willingness to learn about the Montessori method
