We are seeking a skilled and reliable Groundskeeper to support the upkeep and functionality of our residential properties. This position reports directly to the Property Manager and is responsible for a range of cleaning tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Pick up trash from grounds
- Clean all common areas including (if applicable): Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, dust and wipe down surfaces, empty trash and replace garbage bags, refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed, clean windows and glass surfaces
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Property Manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffing machines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
