Part-Time Evening Cleaner | Professional Cleaning Technician
$17/hour to start | $18/hour after successful 90-day introductory period
Approximately 8–15 hours/week | Weekday evenings | Fox Valley area

Optimal Cleaning Solutions is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our professional cleaning team serving businesses throughout the Fox Valley.
We are a locally owned commercial cleaning company built around high standards, strong communication, safer cleaning practices, and taking responsibility for the buildings entrusted to our care.
This is not a daytime position. We are specifically looking for someone who wants consistent, part-time evening work.
Schedule
Our greatest current need is:
- Wednesday evening availability — required
- Friday evening availability — required
- Tuesday and/or Thursday evening availability is strongly preferred
- Must be able to begin as early as 4:30 PM
- Most work takes place between approximately 4:30–9:00 PM
- Approximately 8–15 hours per week to start
- Opportunity for additional hours as client needs and schedules grow
Starting Pay
- $17/hour to start
- $18/hour after a successful 90-day introductory period
- Paid training
Location: Client locations throughout the Fox Valley, primarily Appleton and Neenah/Menasha. Reliable transportation between client locations is required.
What You'll Do
Our Professional Cleaning Technicians help care for commercial and professional facilities by completing detailed, routine cleaning according to established systems and client-specific expectations.
Responsibilities may include:
- Vacuuming and floor care
- Restroom cleaning and sanitizing
- Dusting and surface cleaning
- Trash and recycling removal
- Cleaning high-touch areas
- Following established cleaning procedures and checklists
- Communicating concerns or building needs to our leadership team
- Working independently as well as alongside other team members
Who We're Looking For
Experience is helpful, but it is not required. We can teach cleaning systems. What is much harder to teach is reliability, integrity and care.
