In this role, you will play an important part in strengthening that commitment by supporting Havenwood of Richfield while also providing assistance and collaboration to surrounding facilities. This is a treating position in which the therapist will evaluate and treat residents, while also marketing and managing outpatient therapy services in surrounding assisted living (AL) and independent living (IL) facilities throughout the Twin Cities area. The therapist will also provide coverage and support at Covenant Living Golden Valley and Westwood Ridge when there is a need. This position offers the opportunity to build strong relationships across the organization, share resources and best practices, and help ensure consistent, high-quality support across multiple communities.

Job Summary: The Director of Rehab supports the RM, RVP, and Operations Team to ensure the efficient operation of the facility rehab department. Serving as the liaison between Functional Pathways, the facility, and rehab staff, the Director of Rehab plays a crucial role in coordinating and integrating care.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor (PT or OT) of Science degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy program.
Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
Two years clinical experience preferred, with experience in geriatric care.
Management experience in the skilled setting, preferred.
Comprehensive leadership skills and ability to supervise.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Competence in maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities.
