About the role:
Capstone Hospitality is seeking a motivated individual eager to develop a career in sales. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, enjoys relationship-based, in-person selling, and is passionate about building meaningful connections. This is a direct sales role responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial prospecting through closing while consistently meeting monthly sales quotas.
Training Program:
The position includes a two-week training period. Week 1: Remote training; Week 2: In-person training at our Jacksonville, FL headquarters. Upon completion, you will work full-time on-site at the client club in San Antonio.
Primary Role and Responsibilities include:
- Drive new membership sales at Capstone’s private client club
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual membership sales goals
- Develop and execute a strategic membership sales plan tailored to the club
- Utilize Capstone Hospitality’s proven lead generation programs
- Proactively generate new leads through outbound calls, networking, and marketing efforts
- Manage the full sales process: lead qualification, presentations, tours, follow-up, and closing
- Foster referral business through relationships with current members and staff
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales activity and results
- Serve as an integral part of the on-site club team, delivering exceptional service to members and prospects
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional sales and marketing experience required
- Preferably 2 years working within the private club industry or hospitality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making
- Organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
- Willingness to complete required training in FL and then work on-site in downtown San Antonio
- Comfortable working Tuesday–Saturday in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Compensation: Performance-based compensation. Average annual compensation INCLUSIVE of base + commissions is $80,000-$120,000+. Sales professionals enjoy the ability to control their own income with uncapped commissions.
Schedule: Full-time position. Tuesday - Saturday.
