Job Summary
We are looking for Top Performing Residential HVAC Selling Technicians to join our team! If you are the top-performer in your shop, if you know you make your company tons of money, we want to talk to you!
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose systems
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
You are not required to do your own repairs except for truck stock items. You make the connection and the sale, then our installers will come behind you to perform the work!
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong Sales and People Skills
Compensation:
- 18% on Truck Stock Repairs and Upsells
- 14% on repairs involving parts changers
- 10% on all new system sales
- $30/hr on warranty or rework
- $25 Per System on Preventative Maintenance Visits
- Get paid every Friday for your previous weeks work

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
