Insurance Sales Representative / Inside Sales / Outside Sales
Base salary: $40,000–$50,000 (based on experience) + Uncapped commission and bonuses (total earnings typically $65,000–$100,000+)

Responsibilities for Insurance Sales Representative:
- Prospect daily through calls, texts, and emails to generate new business
- Build referral relationships with clients and community contacts
- Manage and grow existing accounts — reviewing coverage and identifying multi-line opportunities that better protect our customers
- Deliver responsive, high-quality customer service
Qualifications for Insurance Account Representative:
- Property & Casualty license required (or willingness to obtain one)
- Life & Health license required (or willingness to obtain one)
- Sales experience preferred — but we’re open to driven candidates who can show a track record of success and explain why they’d excel in sales
- Strong communicator, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Organized and ability to multi-task well
What We Offer:
